Ayres Hotel Chino Hills at 4785 Chino Hills Parkway, Chino Hills, California.

I booked online and despite having a confirmation number, and no email notifying me of a cancellation, I was told on arrival that my reservation had been cancelled within 3 minutes of being placed almost a month prior and no other rooms were available. I had to find another hotel last minute at roughly 1AM PST after a 6 hour flight from NY. Thankfully the front desk was friendly and helped me locate a nearby place to stay.

I wasn't compensated in any way. I've stayed here before and had an excellent experience with friendly staff and the hotel is fantastic. I just wish I knew how this happened. I almost had to spend the night on the street.
